The 2021 Cotes de Provence Rose Cuvee Saint Honorat is a blend of 51% Grenache, 27% Cinsault and 22% Mourvedre, fashioned into a coppery colored rose of medium hue. Crushed stone, peach and hints of red plum mark the nose, while the medium-bodied palate is nicely silky in feel, with a long, peppery finish.
